Most of you have heard references made to high vibrational living lately. Every material thing that you see is energy, beloved, including you, energy vibrating at a particular resonant frequency. Your spirit-body also has a resonant frequency, and this determines many things, including the influence of this spirit-body on its environment, even its environment in many dimensions. Your physical body is also part of this “influenced” environment, by the way.
There is much that I could say to this, but for now I feel led to simply get at how our thoughts effect the frequency of our vibration. Certain thoughts raise our vibration, and others pull the vibration down. I’ve recently been encouraging others to meditate, for this is a way in which we can learn to control our thoughts and our feelings, helping us to maintain a high vibrational state and in this way be clear conduits through which God’s Kingdom can come.
In brief, beloved, high vibrational thoughts are of faith, love, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, joy, laughter, harmony and peace. Think on things along these lines, and you can maintain a high vibrational state which will lead you continually into to acts of kindness and compassion toward others, even their healing and deliverance.
Low vibrational thoughts are selfish and are largely based in fear, doubt, worry, anger, resentment, jealousy, anxiety and despair. These things must be discarded from our minds, removed from our lives, for they open us up to a plethora of spiritual influences which are detrimental to not only ourselves, but to others also. When these thoughts come in, don’t dwell on them. Let them go. There is great grace on all of us now to be able to do this. We NEED to be able to do this, in order to make the vibrational shift that is at hand in this great transition of ages.
